Carollo Engineers Bentley IMS Registration Instructions

1. To create a Bentley IMS account, please select: “New User? Register now” at the bottom bar of the Bentley CONNECTION Client or go to https://ims.bentley.com
   
2. Select: “Don't have an account? Register Now”
   
3. Complete all the fields listed and then select, Create Account
   
4. Enter the password you created
   
5. A verification code will be sent to the email address used to register
   
6. Enter the verification code
   
7. Re-enter your password
   
8. Accept the Terms of Service
   

After registering, please sign into the CONNECTION Client with the email and password you have created

Once signed in, you will be able to authenticate to ProjectWise

*When you have signed into the CONNECTION Client initially, a security token is generated which is valid for seven days. When this token is within one day of expiration the CONNECTION Client (if running) will now renew the token for another seven days to keep the user signed in. If the token does not get renewed, you will be prompted to sign into the CONNECTION Client again.
